Located in St. Paul’s Battle Creek neighborhood, the proposed Lower Afton transit station will serve the residents of St. Paul. Currently, the site is a Park & Ride lot, located at the southeast corner of Highway 61 and Lower Afton Road.

The transit station planning process, which includes public participation and feedback, will begin in 2010. A final report on station concepts and designs is expected to be completed by the summer of 2011.
